During the past months EM Group has launched its newest software suite “e-Temptation” within the BELUX. The software is an indispensable device for companies with a complex personnel scheduling situation. The software is unique because of its ease of integration with other HR software for e.g. time and attendance, employee self servicing, etc.

Last week EM Group has signed an agreement with MULTIPHARMA GROUP with its headquarters situated in Brussels.

The planning of the 1200 employees in the 249 drugstores of the Multipharma Group takes into account a whole series of variables. The identification and unambiguous description of each of those variables is essential for the implementation of a simple and user friendly planning tool.

Variables like work location, the skills of the employees, their preferences, the legislation etc. are of the outmost importance. The quality of the planning is optimised thanks to the integration with time and attendance software .

249 drugstores spread all over the Belgian territory will use this multilingual software. EM Group will implement the project in collaboration with Multipharma.
